Delivery time is normally 2-4 working days, and the time may vary depending on external factors beyond the control of Modessics and the postal operator.

Your package will be delivered directly to your mailbox if possible. If this is not possible, it will be forwarded to your nearest postal agent and you will then be notified via SMS to the specified telephone number.

Please also note that delivery times may be longer than usual during product promotions.

All products purchased directly through Modessic's website can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item(s).

The returned product(s) must be unused and in the original packaging, with any labels and protective layers intact. The item(s) must be in the same new condition that the item(s) were in when received by the customer.

Warranty conditions: the standard warranty is two years from the date of purchase.

The two-year warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, hands and indexes). Parts other than those just listed are not covered by this warranty.

On the contact form or in the email, the customer must state: name, address, order number and a detailed description of the problem.
